Job Description : Will be responsible for contracting of suppliers especially houseboats. Financial Management, Planning and Scheduling of work, Maintaining Customer Relations.

Qualifications : Minimum 3 years experience in the Travel or Hospitality Industry.

Post : Reservation Staff

Job Description: Respond to enquiries from guests, agents etc. Reply to mails, telephones from guests regarding reservations. Monitoring the online Central Reservation system and related follow ups with regards to reservations/ cancellations. Processing of reservations from Bookers to Suppliers.

Key skills required
Excellent communication skills
Good computer knowledge in Office Applications, CRM etc
Strong coordination skills
Fluency in English and Hindi. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
